We offer a wide range of Youth Fitness Activities throughout the year:
ORGANIZED CHAOS EXERCISE CLASS Ages 2-4:
It is 45 minutes of having fun! We will be pee-wee rock climbing, perfecting gross motor skills in exercise activities and on occasion you will be invited to take the class with your child. It is a way for your child to burn off energy during these cold winter months.

GIRLS ON THE MOVE EXERCISE CLASS Ages 5-10:
This class the girls will learn the basics & benefits of exercise. They will use light free weights, relay races, exercise circuits and they will get to “climb their way to the top “ on our Quest Fitness Rockwall. It is all about moving in this class!

THE Q-SQUAD Ages 7-10:
The Q-Squad is a class where the boys will learn the right techniques to strength training, plyometric exercises, rockwall activities, speed training. This is a great class for your off season training!

During the Summer Months June, July and August we offer our Adventure Fitness Camps for ages 4-12 they include EXPLORER DAYS, “A Fun Filled Morning of Exploring”, EXPLORER CAMP, & ADVENTURE FITNESS CAMPS, which take your child to the next level when it comes to fitness. They will be encouraged to fine their inner adventurer through activities such as kayaking with dolphins, treks on the beach, hiking and team building activities.
