Meet our instructors:
Tina Hollinger
Tina is a Certified Athletic Trainer with more then 12 years experience working in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training facilities. Before moving with her husband and two daughters to Lewes, Tina worked for Christiana Care Therapy Plus in their out-patient Physical Therapy clinic. One of her many responsibilities, was to design programs for patients with lumber and cervical spine injuries, utilizing the Therapeutic Ball and the Foam Roller. She has been teaching Pilates for Forever Fit Foundation since 2004. She enjoys instructing clients in Mat and Group Reformer classes as well as training individuals in apparatus Pilates. Tina is also a certified CPR and First Aid instructor with the Beebe Medical Center Training facility. Tina’s feeling is, “You are never too old or too out of shape to become healthy.”
Charissa Hines
Charissa is a certified Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor, as well as a Personal Trainer. She holds certifications in cycling and senior fitness and has 14 years of teaching experience.
Although she moved here recently from Seattle WA, she was born and raised in Ohio. Charissa also has a business degree majoring in Travel and Tourism, however, fitness is her first love.
In recent years, Charissa has been the Fitness Coordinator at two facilities and is a member of BASI (Body Arts and Sciences International). Some of her areas of expertise include: large and small Pilates apparatus, BOSU, foam roller and functional fitness techniques. She enjoys working with a variety of clients who are seeking strong minds, fit bodies and powerful energy.
It is Charissa’s sincere desire to help everyone achieve their fitness goals and create an adherence to a regular exercise routine for life.
Stephanie Megee
Stephanie started practicing Pilates in 2001 and was certified in at Mat Pilates by the Physical Mind Institute in 2002. Stephanie is also certified in group fitness, personal training, pilates, cycling, and kickboxing. Stephanie lives in Milton with her husband and three children.
