Quest’s Aerobic classes are included with membership if you are not a member and would like to take a class it is $5.00. Our certified instructors with their energizing personalities will help you reach your fitness goals in a group setting which is a great way to stay on track.

Quest Aerobic Classes Description:
Boot Camp- Intense cardiovascular and muscle workout. Challenge your mind as well as your body. Plyo-metrics, drills, circuits and teamwork.
AB LAB- Complete abdominal and back training to strengthen core and shrink the waist. A total â€œgirdleâ€ workout.
Cardio Sculpt- This high energy class combines the latest strength training techniques and hi/lo impact aerobic movement patterns. Great for fat burning. All levels welcome!
Butt & Gutt/Butt & Gutt Cardio- Working everything from the abs down. Incorporating weights, resistance bands and the BOSU to tone abs, glutes and legs.
Cardio BOSU- This highly energetic class involves hi / lo impact aerobic movements using the BOSU ball.
Lift & Abs/Cut Body Abs- Sets and reps. Utilizing dumbbells and a body barÂ to work all major muscle groups. Â Finishing with 15 min. of ab work.
High-Intensity Conditioning-This class alternates between functional strength & core/stability conditioning. It involves aerobic, anaerobic, plyo-metric, iso-centric training.
Please arrive on time to class, bring water, and for your safety please inform the instructor of anyÂ serious medical conditions that could affect your performance while in class.
YOUTH FITNESS CLASSES:
Organized Chaos- This class was a huge success last year with the children and their parents. It is 45 minutes of having fun! We will be pee-wee rock climbing, perfecting gross motor skills in exercise activities and on occasion you will be invited to take the class with your child. It is a way for your child to burn off energy!!
