Class Descriptions:
Cardio Jump rope- Let the inner kid in you jump out…This exciting class involves series of jump roping circuits.
Boot Camp- Intense cardiovascular and muscle workout. Challenge your mind as well as your body. NO quitters allowed. Plyo-metrics, drills, circuits and teamwork.
Core- Complete abdominal and back training to strengthen core and shrink the waist. A total “girdle” workout.
Cardio Sculpt- This high energy class combines the latest strength training techniques and hi/lo impact aerobic movement patterns. Great for fat burning. All levels welcome!
Butt & Gutt/Butt & Gutt Cardio- Working everything from the abs down. Incorporating weights, resistance bands and the BOSU to tone abs, glutes and legs.
Cardio BOSU- This highly energetic class involves hi / lo impact aerobic movements using the BOSU ball.
Lift & Abs/Cut Body Abs- Sets and reps. Utilizing dumbbells and a body bar to work all major muscle groups. Finishing with 15 min. of ab work.
High-Intensity Conditioning-This class alternates between functional strength & core/stability conditioning. It involves aerobic, anaerobic, plyo-metric, iso-centric training.
Spinning- This high intense aerobic class is a great way to burn calories & fat. Regardless of your fitness level you can participate at your own level.
Energy Zone Spinning- focuses on four Energy Zones which allows you to train in specific heart rate zones to achieve fitness success while burning fat, building endurance, strengthening and toning muscles, and improving overall cardiovascular health. Your body uses different fuels as energy at different levels of exertion. Training at lower heart rates uses mostly fat for fuel, whereas training at higher intensities uses mostly carbohydrates. With consistent training in the four energy zones, your heart will become stronger, will pump more blood and will enable you to use oxygen more efficiently to turn fat into fuel. Challenge your mind and body as you visualize and simulate road conditions, and watch your body transform. ***Heart rate monitors are not required but are highly recommended.
Yoga- This class is great for all levels, you will learn the basic poses of yoga, breathing techniques, Low- impact workout.
Power Yoga- A little more power and a little more flow & sweat!!
Please arrive on time to class, bring water, and for your safety please inform the instructor of any serious medical conditions that could affect your performance while in class.
